Been a bit quiet around here lately. I’ve been writing about beer and new breweries at The New School and doing lots of traveling for work (DC! NYC! Denver! Baltimore! San Francisco! Boston!). I’ve got topics and ideas I’m working on coming soon.

I lived in Tigard and worked in Portland restaurants from 1977-1981. I’d like to see a map overlay comparing 1977 to 2014!

I grew up in Milwaukie ,my grandmother lived in oak grove on Rupert and oakgruve blvd in the 60s I remember goin to the soda fountain in the drug store… Which was also a green front liquor store …..the street wAs lined with giant chestnut trees wow……
