I’m going to take a wild guess and say this is probably lonnng gone. Nice sign. The brick? Not so much. It doesn’t exactly spell comfort or anything else related to a Pacific island paradise.

Does the post card give an address in Newport? The motel sign looks faintly familiar, but I can’t say the same about the building.
The building is still there. Its the Money Saver Motel. This place is a total dump.
