Portland’s Ladd Carriage House for sale (again)

Source: Loopnet.

The 1883 Ladd Carriage House is up for sale.

You may recall that it was threatened with demolition in 2004. In 2007, it was moved three blocks so the new owners could build an underground parking structure.

From the flyer:

1883  historical  property  that  was  previously  Raven  and  Rose restaurant and  beautifully remodeled. A full  kitchen,  bar  and  dining  area on  the  main  floor.  The  2nd  level  has  a  prep kitchen area, bar, fireplace, pool  table, vaulted with exposed beams and a large seating  area.

The  top  level  has  office  space,  2  bathrooms  (one  with  shower),  lockers  and  storage. Perfect  for  restaurant,  winery,  event  space, etc.

And now, it’s back where it started (literally and figuratively).
